To celebrate New Zealand Book Week I have two prize packs of NZ books for kids and teens to give away.
I have a Picture Books Prize Pack and a Young Adult Prize Pack to give away. To get in the draw for these prizes all you have to do is leave a comment (along with your name and email address) on this post telling me ‘What is your favourite NZ book for kids or teens?’ In your comment also let me know which prize pack you would like to win (the picture books, YA books or both).
Competition closes Sunday 1 November (NZ only).
Hi Zac, my favourite kid’s book (at the moment, because it changes) is Marmaduke Duck and the Marmalade Jam (actually any of the Mamaduke titles) by Juliette MacIver. She is an amazing author and her books are so easy to read aloud. (if I’m successful in the draw i would love the picture book pack please).
Cheers Chris
Teddy One Eye by Gavin Bishop
Teddy One Eye by Gavin Bishop. I’d like to win the Picture Book pack – thank you!
My favourite book would probably have to be the Thieves Trilogy by Ella West (though I hear she’s writing a fourth) – they are just amazing – I would find it very useful to be able to travel like her main character!
I’d love to win either pack – or even both!! 🙂
Just one? I’ve just finished reading “I am Rebecca” by Fleur Beale so that would have to be my favourite at the moment, though all the books written by Fleur that I’ve read are great too. If I’m lucky enough to win a pack, I’d love the Picture Book pack please.
my most favourite NZ children’s books is “Just One More” by Cowley and Bishop – delightful stories and gorgeous illustrations. I’d love the teens pack thanks.
